Sophie Anna Gray, 91, of Escalon died Saturday, May 2 in Oakdale.
She was a native of Nebraska and lived in Escalon seven years. Prior to that she lived in Oakdale for five years.
Mrs. Gray was a nurse’s aide for 30 years.
She is survived by her children, Virginia Harris of Escalon, Darlene Bosch of Wallace; sister, Barbara Battaglia of Lodi; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held May 7 at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi.
