Leafy A. Gardner, 86, died Friday, March 5 at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House, Hughson.

She was born in Jensen, UT. She was a longtime resident of Oakdale.

Mrs. Gardner was a homemaker.

She was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

She is survived by her children, Shirley Woods of Balboa, Linda Jones of Stuttgart, Germany, Jeffrey Gardner of Valley Springs, Stephen Gardner of Oakdale; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Morgan R. Gardner.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 12 at the LDS Church, 1111 East A, Oakdale. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Alexander Cohen Hospice House, Hughson.
