Felicia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, housewife, and beautician. Her hobbies included: fishing, painting, archery, and spending time with her husband, Charles, in Mexico. A viewing will be held 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6 and a service will take place Thursday, January 7, 10 a.m. at Oakdale Memorial Chapel, 830 West F Street.
