We end our column with a tribute to an amazing man, our friend Eric Ulrich. Eric spent many mornings with us at the Knights Ferry Ice Cream Parlor. Our family was the proprietor of the ice cream shop years ago and Eric would stop in each morning for a cup of coffee. He and my late husband Richard became fast friends. Eric was a quiet man, hard-working, honest, a man who loved his family very deeply. Public services will be held at The Knights Ferry Cemetery this Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11 a.m. Rest in heavenly peace dear friend.
