We would like to send a huge “Thank You” to David Xavier and family for donating all the delicious chicken for our Harvest Festival Dinner! With your thoughtful donation we were able to serve many beautiful dinners and earn much needed funds for our school! We are so grateful to all who donated. What a beautiful night this past Saturday evening was! We celebrated the harvest seasons of years past by holding our annual Valley Home School Harvest Festival! Folks came from all over to Valley Home to support our students, what a wonderful crowd. We would like to say “Thank You” to each of you that came to celebrate with us. It is an evening of fun for all! We send a very heartfelt thank you to our first responders who shared the evening with us – Stanislaus County Sheriffs, Oakdale Police Department and Modesto Fire. We deeply appreciate those who shared their prized vehicles with us and we are very grateful to those who donated to our Harvest Festival! It was truly a beautiful night in Valley Home and was made possible by the generosity of so many. Thank you all so much!

Also this week we would like to acknowledge the awesome achievement of our Valley Home 4-H. The 4-Hers created a beautiful display for 4-H week. The window display was presented in the front window of Valley Home General Store. The 4-Hers were awarded fourth place in the Stanislaus County 4-H Window Display Contest. Congratulations Valley Home 4-H!
