This Saturday, Feb. 27, make your way to Oakdale MMA Academy to help a young Oakdale resident in need. Jasslynn Diaz, 4, is battling optical cancer and the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Oakdale MMA have come together for this brave young girl.

Oakdale MMA will conduct an eight-hour seminar featuring multiple classes to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help finance Jasslynn’s wish. This is open to anyone who would like to participate and make a donation. Instructors include Sensei Christine Penick Lincoln, Professor Ron Esteller, Master Steven Barbieri, Grand Master Greg Harper, Grand Master Harry Mok. During the event you can learn several techniques including: knife fighting, knife defense, power punching, dealing with street altercations, kid’s safe program, dealing with bullies, women’s rape prevention, ground fighting, and gun defense.
