Escalon Historical Society will have three paintings available in their annual Park Fete drawing. Tickets are $5 each and the drawing will take place at the museum at 2 p.m. on Park Fete Saturday, July 16. Paintings offered include a pair of water colors painted by Nora Lee Vest and donated by surviving members of her family. One is titled ‘Ducks Take Off’ and the other is ‘Marsh Ducks Arrive.’ The third painting is by Ethel Kalbach and depicts a country homestead with a barn and grassy fields. Tickets can be purchased at the museum on Main Street.
