Seafood salad and pasta salad plate on lettuce w/tomato wedges and Thousand Island dressing, fresh orange, whole wheat bread.

 

TUESDAY, JUNE 28

Chicken gumbo, Parmesan rice, sweet potatoes, tossed salad w/ranch dressing, pineapple and mandarin.

Tamales, Spanish rice, refried beans, shredded lettuce w/tomato, fruited gelatin salad, pineapple-orange juice. (Sub – Chicken Caesar Salad)

 

THURSDAY, JUNE 30

Chicken Parmesan with pasta, garden salad w/Italian dressing, garlic spinach, orange juice, garlic bread.

 

When Chef or Chicken Caesar Salad are chosen, they are served with an orange and whole wheat bread. All meals are served with eight ounces of low fat milk.
