Battles will be hosted at the historic Knights Ferry covered bridge, part of the Stanislaus River Parks system. More information is available by visiting the website at www.acwa.org.
No charge to attend, but some parking areas do require a fee.
Also, as part of the festivities, the Knights Ferry Community Club will put on its traditional fundraising spaghetti dinner on Saturday, March 17. Hours are 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and dinner will be served at the Club House on Main Street. Tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for children 10 and under and the price includes the spaghetti dinner, dessert and beverage. Tickets will be available at the door or call 209-881-0440. There will also be prize drawings during the evening.
