From the nearly perfect weather to well-attended events throughout the week, Oakdale’s 63rd annual PRCA Rodeo culminated with a fast-paced weekend of competition. All Around champion at the Oakdale Saddle Club-sponsored rodeo was Elko, Nevada resident Dakota Eldridge. He earned the title and the championship buckle, finishing in the money in both steer wrestling and tie down roping.

The week also included such festivities as the crowning of the new Oakdale rodeo queen, the Cowgirl luncheon, roping and riding events, ‘arrests’ of local residents for charity and more.
