Gophers: Those dreaded critters that mess up our gardens is the focus of the Oakdale Garden Club’s (OGC) next meeting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 18. The not-to-be-missed free seminar’s Guest Speaker Carl Inderbitizin of Oakdale, will speak about ways which will help local gardeners win the battle against these pesky foes.

One of Oakdale’s oldest public-service groups, the Not-For-Profit OGC’s goals have long been the beautification of the community and welcomes anyone interested in that effort to join them, either as a member and/or by attending their monthly meetings.

Refreshments provided by Club members will also be served at this event. For more information, call Bob Taylor at (209) 848-8746.
