Detectives Investigate Oakdale Homicide

On Tuesday, May 1 shortly after 4 p.m., Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Deputies and Emergency Medical personnel responded to the 13000 block of Horseshoe Road for a deceased adult female found in a home by family members. Detectives responded to assist with the investigation and are investigating the death of the woman as a homicide. The cause of death will be determined during the autopsy, and the identification of the victim is not being released at this time. Detectives are not releasing any further details on the investigation.
