After 12 years of a shared brotherhood which began as Cub Scouts in first grade, local teens Nathan Womack, Grayson Paulus, Charlie Frame and Xander Toepfer were each recently presented with the rank of Eagle Scout, having met all the requirements. The foursome was celebrated in a combined Court of Honor attended by family, friends, as well as Oakdale City Council members Cher Bairos and Christopher Smith.
