A great fun filled, sunny day at PDT Motorsports was had by all that showed up at the South Fifth Avenue location in Oakdale on April 23.

Many had their Challengers on display, some just stopped by, while others did the Dyno, gauging the power of their vehicles, this past Saturday in Oakdale.

Over 40 cars owners from South Bay Challengers came to show and share their cars and the power they display. All of the proceeds went to the Oakdale Shelter Pet Alliance, OSPA, to help homeless pets in the community. Organizers said the event raised over $600 for the cause and added how much they appreciated Steve Borja, owner at PDT Motorsports, and his staff for having the South Bay Challengers event at his business.

If you own a Challenger and would like to be a part of events like this, or just enjoy cruises and meet and greets or modification days, you are invited to look the club up on Facebook at South Bay Challengers.

“We received lots of love from the public that stopped by as well,” said Challengers spokesperson Tammy Sansing. “We are glad to be able to give back to the community. Most all of us Challenger owners have adopted a shelter pet and they often go on our cruises with us.”
