The Knights Ferry Parent/Teacher Club presents “A Red Carpet Affair” the 2016 dinner and auction on March 12th at the Knights Ferry Community Club. The doors open at 5:30 with dinner at 7:00 and live auction at 7:30. Tickets are $30 pre-sale and $35 at the door. Get tickets at the school or call 881-3382. Each class is making something great for the live auction. This fundraiser is a fun time and raises money for school activities.

At the Knights Ferry School Board meeting they discussed and reviewed the Local Control Accountability Plan, reviewed the School Safety Plan, voted for CSBA Delegates to represent this area, reviewed a proposal for energy efficient measures and worked on a job description for a Resource Specialist program for next year.

Condolences go out to the Hunter family on the untimely death of Mark. He died February 10th of a heart attack.

Knights Ferry Garden Club enjoyed their meeting and lunch at the home of Sandra Lyda. She has a beautiful view of Lake Tulloch.
