Car Show up at the 50s Roadhouse had a great turnout. The Car Show was headed up by Bill Adams and the proceeds went toward the Pacific Project Heroes. Miles Shuper noted about 80 cars on display. They had great time with the 50s-theme and had contests for dressing up and a hula hoop contest. It was great to have an event in the area. Everyone enjoyed the pleasant weather, good company, and good food at the 50s Roadhouse!

The Knights Ferry Odd Fellows announced price change for their monthly pancake breakfast. Beginning July 2021, the pancake breakfast will now be $7 a plate. It has been six years since they have changed their breakfast price.

The East Stanislaus Fire Safe Council is hosting another Fire Safety and Community Preparedness meeting at the Bianchi Center in Oakdale on June 10th at 5:30pm. Representatives from Cal Fire, Stanislaus County Sheriff, and PG&E will each have about 15 minutes to speak during the presentation. The community is encouraged to attend.
