January happenings in the Ferry: January 8th –Community Club dessert meeting at 7:00p.m. It was postponed to this day because of New Year’s Day. On the agenda is the March Spaghetti Dinner, April’s Car Show and the trees by the clubhouse. Breakfast Sunday has passed, with not a lot of people attending; maybe the cold kept them in. The Knights Ferry School Board meeting was postponed to January 15th because the school has just returned from vacation the week of the 5th –9th. Knights Ferry History and Museum Associates will meet at 9:00a.m. on January 13th at Miller’s Hall. On the agenda is the April Peddler’s Faire. There is no Garden club meeting this month. The M.A.C. will meet January 22 at 7:00p.m. at the clubhouse.

The Odd Fellows have decided to raise the price of breakfast to $6.00 in March. This is still a bargain for eggs, pancakes, ham, juice and coffee!
