Knights Ferry will welcome the American Civil War Association (ACWA) volunteers to town this weekend! The Civil War reenactment volunteers will be set up near the Covered Bridge for the weekend inviting all to visit and walk through the camps from 9am-5pm with battle times on Saturday at 1pm and 4pm and Sunday at 11am and 2pm. Admission is free but be prepared to pay for parking in the river park parking lot. At the end of the battles the ACWA will ask for donations to help cover the cost of the black powder for the guns and cannons. The volunteers purchase their own period time clothing, weapons, and living supplies and travel to various locations in California.
On Saturday morning, the Odd Fellows will serve a pancake breakfast from 7am-11pm for $8 a plate and the Community Club will host their spaghetti fundraiser from 5pm-8pm Saturday for $10 a plate.

The Knights Ferry Classic Car Show on Main Street is accepting car/truck applications for the upcoming show on April 6 from 10am-3pm. Visit the Knights Ferry Community Club’s website or Facebook page for more information!
The Car Show is free to attend and is a great family day in Knights Ferry. There will be live music, raffle, and all the local businesses will be open in town to enjoy delicious food and drinks.

The Knights Ferry Museum has a few vendor spots left for the Peddler’s Faire on April 28. They are specifically looking for craft and antique vendors. Visit the Knights Ferry Miller’s Hall Museum and Associates Facebook page or stop by the Knights Ferry Creamery during business hours for more information about how to be a vendor!
