Daylight Savings is quickly approaching! The Knights Ferry Creamery announced they will be staying open until 6pm.

The Miller’s Hall is seeking volunteers to help file books in the town’s Read and Return Library and to help with a little Spring cleaning as they hope to reopen soon. Please contact Heather Voortman or Mary Turner for details.

The Army Corp spoke at the Community Club meeting about the ongoing parking concerns and how they are attempting to encourage the public to utilize their parking lots rather than park in town. It is a tough battle and I appreciate the Army Corp’s efforts and community interest.

The Knights Ferry students are enjoying being on campus full time for school! The Spirt Wear Friday competition is strong, the 4th and 6th grade classrooms tied and they won cinnamon rolls provided the Spoons Café.

Please continue to spread the word: the Civil War Reenactments, the Peddler’s Faire, and the Car Show are canceled for year. The Knights Ferry Community Club will be hosting a Drive-By Spaghetti dinner fundraiser at the end of April in lieu of their annual spaghetti feed during the Civil War Reenactments. Check back in a few weeks for details for pre-order tickets!

Weekly meeting reminders: Odd Fellows Rebekahs #361 will meet on March 10th at 7:30pm. Oakdale Fire Protection District meeting on March 11th at 6pm at the Community Club.
