Last Friday, the whole town was grooving to the music from the Knights Ferry Junior High’s dance! It was held outside on the basketball court in the early evening. They hung Christmas lights and danced in the fog! What a great memory for the Junior High students. It’s nice to hear them enjoy their final years at Knights Ferry School.

The Community Club’s annual Christmas dinner was very well attended. The Club’s turkey and ham were delicious and plentiful. It was nice to see friends gathering during the holiday season. Thank you to the Club members who decorated the hall and brought food to share with the community members!

Last Sunday was the Knights Ferry Locals Christmas parade after the Odd Fellows pancake breakfast. This parade is unique because often times there are more people in the parade than there are to watch the parade! It was a fun day for friends and family to get dressed up in their holiday attire and stroll down Main Street. The weather was beautiful and the parade was full of smiles.

Carol Davis visited the Duarte Nursey in Hughson and said it was beautiful. There are a variety of poinsettias on display for purchase. Carol purchased a few speckled poinsettia plants.
