Accordion Club Meeting Slated In Escalon Nov. 6

Members of the Good Time Accordion Club are back to gathering on a regular basis. The group meets monthly in Escalon and has members from throughout the area. Meetings are hosted on the first Sunday of each month, with the exception of January 2023, since the first Sunday will be on New Year’s Day. That month, the group will meet on the second Sunday instead, Jan. 8.

The Accordion Club meets at the Escalon United Methodist Church, 2000 Jackson Ave., Escalon at 2:30 p.m., with a $5 donation requested at the door.

Coming up on Sunday, Nov. 6, attendees will enjoy a special program presented by professional accordionists, Ron Borelli and Steve Albini, from the Bay Area. These two recording artists are highly respected in the accordion world and have entertained at wineries, restaurants and conventions throughout the state and the country. They are a must see for all accordion fans.

Also, here is the schedule for the next several monthly gatherings, as currently on the calendar.

Again, sessions are hosted at the Escalon United Methodist Church. Upcoming gatherings are: Dec. 4, 2022; Jan. 8, Feb. 5, March 5, April 9, May 7, June 4, July 2, Aug. 6, Sept. 3, Oct. 1, Nov. 5 and Dec. 3, 2023; Jan. 7, 2024.
