A boy, Logan Eugene Branshaw, was born Aug. 25, 2015 to parents Geno and Carolyn Branshaw of Oakdale. The newborn weighed nine pounds, 11 ounces upon arrival at Doctors Medical Center.

The mother is the former Carolyn Olsen.

Welcoming the newborn home was older sister Kylee.

Barry Olsen and Debra and John Foley of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.

Larry and Donna Branshaw of Ione and Katharine Branshaw of Redwood City are paternal grandparents.

Great-grandmothers are Wanda Branshaw of Oakdale and Anna Miller of Temescale Valley
