Adriaana deGroot and Todd Olson have announced their plans to wed this summer.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Pieter and Sheryl deGroot and the sister of Sandy, Julie, Brandaan, Elise, and Carina. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2009 and works as a Preschool teacher at Bright Horizons in South San Francisco.

The future groom is the son of Kevin and Renee Olson and the brother of Kyle and Tyler. He graduated from San Diego State University in 2007 and is an Elementary School teacher for the Pacifica School District.

The couple currently lives in South San Francisco and became engaged in December, 2011 at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. They then surprised family and friends at Christmas.

The wedding will take place on July 20, 2013 in San Luis Obispo.
