A boy, Tucker Charles Westhoven, was born Jan. 21, 2011 to expectant parents Jacob Westhoven and Kimberly Curtis of Oakdale. The newborn weighed six pounds, nine ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Danny and Donna Costa of Riverbank are the maternal grandparents.

William Rupe of Modesto and Krystal and Shiulal Harakh of Oakdale are the paternal grandparents.
