A girl, Rihanna Kristina Rivera, was born Nov. 4, 2012 to expectant parents Janet and Manuel Rivera of Oakdale.

The newborn weighed six pounds, 15 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Janet Martinez.

Welcoming home their new baby sister were big siblings Aaliyatt, Andre, Cruz and Alonzo.

Celia S. and Jose Martinez of Modesto are the maternal grandparents.

Herminia and Jesus Rivera of Oakdale are the paternal grandparents.
