David and Stacey O’Neal of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Peyton Lavelle O’Neal, on August 22, 2009. The newborn weighed seven pounds, four ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Stacey Murdoch.

Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister Kylee.

Richard and Lori Murdoch of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.

Scott and Debbie O’Neal of Waterford are paternal grandparents.
