A girl, Emily Rose Ramirez, was born December 22, 2009 to expectant parents Omar and Rosalba Ramirez of Riverbank. The newborn weighed eight pounds, 10 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Rosalba Olmos.
Salvador and Rosa Olmos of Riverbank are maternal grandparents.
