Grant and Jennifer Christensen of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Ella Ramona Christensen, on August 20, 2009. The newborn weighed eight pounds, one ounce upon arrival at Memorial Medical Center.

The mother is the former Jennifer Mayer.

Edward and Peggy Mayer of Downers Grove, Illinois are the maternal grandparents.
