Doil Tidwell and Amanda Cruse of Turlock welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Calista Jane Tidwell, on Dec. 8, 2011. The newborn weighed seven pounds, six ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older sibling Joseph.
Craig Cruse and Karen Ramos of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Charles and Jane Smothers of Fremont are the paternal grandparents.
