A girl, Adeline Jane Day, was born Dec. 15, 2011 to expectant parents Jeff and Cortney Day of Oakdale. The newborn weighed six pounds, 12 ounces upon arrival at Doctors Medical Center.
The mother is the former Cortney Lopez.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older brother Jackson Lee Day.
Jerry and Kim Lopez of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Scott and Lesley Day of San Leandro are paternal grandparents.
