TENNIS

A busy week to say the least for the boys tennis team where the boys played two matches and finished an earlier match that was postponed due to darkness. Oakdale singles player Daniel Lubeck took the court to finish his set that began on March 2 in the third set tied 3-3. The Mustangs then faced off against East Union for the second time this season, resulting in a Mustang 5-4 victory completing the season sweep of the Lancers. It was Oakdale’s doubles who came through for Oakdale with all three teams earning wins. Lubeck and Daniel Davis won their set 6-3, 6-1. The team of Jacob Pierson and Tyler Ross made short work of their opposition with a 6-0, 6-2 team win. Dustin Hoy and Dimitri Lolonis won in three sets 6-1, 3-6, 6-1.
