Dear Editor,

I’m not much of a politician but I love Oakdale to the full extent. When I read the article in the Modesto Bee that Pat Paul’s reason for seeking the position as Mayor of Oakdale was to look for business growth and future employment for oh so many people that would make Oakdale a beautiful desired place to live.

She wants to take advantage of what we already have and use it to its full value such as the Almond Pavilion which is available and ideal for a performing arts center. The private sector can work with Pat to make this become a reality.

Pat wants to see Oakdale move into its full potential. Let’s move with Pat and see our city become what we want and know it can be.
