Paulette Jean (Tune) Hudgins, 70, died on Wednesday, Aug. 7.

She was born on April 25, 1943.

A wonderful cook, her homemade bread, cakes and pies were always the highlight of family gatherings and holidays. She was a loving grandma to her grandchildren and great grandchildren and aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her husband and best friend, Walter Hudgins of Oakdale; her two children, Kimmberly (Ingo) Acdal and Glenn Sauls of Oakdale; sister, Gwen (Harvey) Kemple of Modesto; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Jean Tune and her brother, Frank Tune.

She will be missed dearly.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral service. There will be a family and friends memorial service, time and place to be announced at a later date.
