Applications are open for vendors interested in participating in the Oakdale Autumn Gathering, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 4, at Wood Park. The deadline to apply is Sept. 16 at 11:59 p.m.

The festival will run from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. and feature live performances by the Wet Banditos, King Hippo and Blue Line. Organizers describe the gathering as “the perfect way to celebrate the changing seasons with friends and family.”

Vendor fees range from $85 to $130. Standard booth space is 12 feet by 12 feet, and vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables and equipment. Setup begins at 10 a.m. and must be completed by 1 p.m. Vehicles must be out of the vendor area no later than 12:30 p.m.

Non-food vendors are asked to donate one item to the charity raffle benefiting Care2u Dental Services. Food vendors must submit a Temporary Food Facility Application for Permit by Tuesday, Sept. 16. Proof of liability insurance is required for all vendors.

According to event guidelines, no early departures are permitted without prior approval, and all vendors are expected to leave spaces clean.
