Today is our kindergarten graduation. What an exciting day for our kindergartners! Graduation will start at 6:30 p.m. in the school gym. Congratulations to our 2018 kindergarten graduates.

Our 8th graders will graduate at 7 p.m. this evening. Their graduation will also be held in our beautifully decorated school gym! Special thanks to all those who worked so hard to transform our school gym into a beautiful oasis! Our 8th graders are excited for this very special evening. They will walk into the gym as 8th graders and walk out as high school freshmen. Congratulations to our 2018 graduating class!

We would like to send our best wishes to a rodeo legend, Mr. Bill Martinelli. It is so good to hear you’re feeling better. Who knows what you have up your sleeve. There could be more rodeos in those spurs. So happy you are feeling better!

Valley Home residents Julie Beth and Rex Lamb just returned from an educational, working trip through Washington and Idaho. They visited several nurseries and from the pictures they sent home, not only did they learn a lot, the nurseries were absolutely beautiful!

Last Wednesday our Oakdale FFA held their Spring Banquet. New officers for the 2018-2019 year were announced and awards were given to FFA members. It was a wonderful evening filled with appreciation and achievement! Thank you to our Ag teachers for your dedication and hard work.

Tomorrow is the last day of school for Valley Home! All students will enjoy a delicious hamburger/hot dog lunch following the awards ceremony. The luncheon will be provided by the Parent Teacher Club. A big thank you to our Parent/Teacher Club for your hard work and constant support!
