The City of Oakdale has issued traffic control notifications in connection with ongoing road work as part of a city water main installation project.

On July 15, work is scheduled that will require the closure of South Sierra from South Fifth Avenue to Pedersen Road. No through traffic will be allowed due to open trench work, making the road unpassable.

From Monday, July 19 through Thursday, July 22 Knox Road at Sierra Road will be completed closed. Again, open trench work will make the roadway unpassable and no through traffic will be allowed.

The locations will be closed to all traffic and alternate routes via traffic control detour will be posted.
