SUNDAY, JULY 5
1:55 a.m. – Deputies investigated a report of sexual abuse in the 3900 block of Sweepstakes.
8:33 p.m. – Theft investigated by deputies at Target. One adult female was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
10:16 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Burlington. One adult male and one adult female were arrested for the theft. They were both transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
SATURDAY, JULY 4
12:33 a.m. – Investigation into a violation of a criminal protective order in the 3900 block of Kansas.
7:33 a.m. – Deputies assisted Modesto Police with contacting a subject to let them know a family member passed.
10:45 a.m. – Investigation into a theft at Dollar General.
1:27 p.m. – Theft reported at Home Depot. One adult male was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
2:03 p.m. – Vehicle collision at Patterson and Oakdale.
4:53 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Home Depot. One adult female was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
9:09 p.m. – Deputies observed a subject launching aerial fireworks at Saxon and Westgate. They were contacted and will be receiving a citation from the City of Riverbank.
9:37 p.m. – A subject was observed by deputies launching aerial fireworks in the 2800 block of Morrill. They will be receiving a citation from the City of Riverbank.
9:44 p.m. – Deputies observed a subject launching aerial fireworks in the 3600 block of Kentucky. They will be receiving a citation from the City of Riverbank.
10:34 p.m. – A subject was observed by deputies launching aerial fireworks in the 6600 block of Gallop. They were contacted and will be receiving a citation from the City of Riverbank.
10:36 p.m. – Deputies stopped a vehicle at Stanislaus and Callander. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DUI. The adult male was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
FRIDAY, JULY 3
9:20 a.m. – Deputies investigated a suspicious male yelling at Castleberg Park. One adult male was arrested for outstanding warrants. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
3:37 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of sexual assault in the 4100 block of Sierra. The investigation is ongoing.
4:16 p.m. – Theft reported at Target. One adult male was arrested for the theft, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
6:56 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Patterson and First.
7:50 p.m. – Theft investigation at Target.
THURSDAY, JULY 2
12:49 a.m. – Vehicle collision investigation in the 7000 block of Dunbar. One adult male driver had collided with a parked vehicle. He was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
9:35 a.m. – Deputies investigated a theft in the 5800 block of Roselle.
10:25 a.m. – Subject stop by deputies for a person on a bicycle they knew to have a warrant in the 3600 block of Kentucky. The adult male was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
11:16 a.m. – Deputies investigated a suspicious person in the 3300 block of Santa Fe. One adult male was contacted and found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
4:01 p.m. – Assault investigation at Patterson and Oakdale. One adult male was arrested, he was issued a citation and released after signing a promise to appear.
4:52 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a violation of restraining order. The person responsible was located and arrested for the violation and outstanding warrants.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 1
4:11 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation in the 3700 block of Atchison.
4:52 p.m. – Harassing phone calls complaint in the 6500 block of Jackson. The investigation showed the reporting party was a victim of fraud.
4:50 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation in the 2700 block of Patterson.
9:54 p.m. – Deputies assisted Modesto Police with a shooting on Coffee Road in the north part of Modesto.
11:02 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft in the 2200 block of Claribel.
