Senior lunches are served Monday through Friday at the Gladys L. Lemmons Senior Center in Oakdale. Call to reserve a lunch, 303-0946.

When Chef or Chicken Caesar Salad are chosen, they are served with an orange and whole wheat bread. All meals are served with eight ounces of low fat milk. Birthday cake is also served one Wednesday each month.

Meat lasagna, French cut green beans, Caesar salad, fresh orange, garlic bread.

Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes w/gravy, broccoli cuts, peaches.

Chicken Parmesan w/pasta, tossed green salad with ranch dressing, carrot coins, orange juice, garlic bread.

 

TUESDAY, JUNE 13

Chicken gumbo, Parmesan rice, broccoli, spinach salad w/cherry tomatoes and ranch dressing, fresh fruit.

 

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14

Beef tacos w/cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo (tomato/onion), corn, ambrosia fruit salad, flour tortillas. (Sub – Chef Salad)

Broccoli beef, brown rice, apricots, pineapple orange juice, whole wheat bread.

Seafood salad, tomato soup, garden salad w/cheese and Italian dressing, fresh orange, wheat roll.

Spaghetti and meatballs, tossed green salad w/cherry tomatoes and Thousand Island dressing, seasoned broccoli, fresh fruit, garlic bread.

Baked potato w/chili and cheese, carrot coins, peaches, cornbread.
