The City of Oakdale Recreation Department and Oakdale Kiwanis Club will once again unite to host the annual Halloween Parade on Wednesday, Oct. 31. Line up for the parade will begin at 4:30 p.m. at 297 Gilbert Ave., across from the high school tennis courts. The parade will begin at 5 p.m. Activities, as well as free hot dogs and popcorn to follow at the Gene Bianchi Community Center. The event is open to all in the community at no cost.
