Join in the fun with the Soroptimist International of Oakdale as the group hosts its fashionable Designer Bag Bingo, being offered at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave., Oakdale. The games are planned on Sunday, Oct. 5 starting at 1 p.m. and the general admission fee of $50 includes 10 Bingo games, light snacks and access to a dessert auction, cash mimosa bar and a silent purse auction. The festivities run through 5 p.m.

Each game’s prize is a unique designer bag and proceeds of the day help fund the wide variety of Soroptimist programs and initiatives for women and girls.
