Central Valley markets on Snake River Farms tour

Save Mart and Lucky shoppers are invited to experience the taste of Snake River Farms American Wagyu Beef during the upcoming Snake River Farms BBQ Tour taking place at select stores through April 19. The Snake River Farms BBQ Truck will set up the grill at several store locations conducting live demonstrations and grilling choice wagyu tri-tip for shoppers to experience the unmatched flavor and quality of Snake River Farms, the pioneer in American Wagyu Beef.

Locally, the Save Mart stores in Riverbank and Oakdale will be stops on the tour.

On Wednesday, April 17 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the BBQ truck will be at Save Mart Riverbank, 2237 Claribel Road, while the store demo will be presented at Save Mart Oakdale, 1449 E. F St.

An exceptionally renowned brand, Snake River Farms’ American Wagyu Beef is featured at Michelin-starred restaurants and features intense marbling that exceeds the capabilities of the USDA grading scale. Several American Wagyu beef selections are available for purchase at Save Mart and Lucky stores.
