The groundbreaking ceremony for the Great Wolf Lodge in nearby Manteca occurred last week which is slated to open in 2020. City officials and community members witnessed the celebration on the site of the 95,000 square-foot indoor waterpark which included fireworks and a catered luncheon held at Big League Dreams. The six story, 500-room family resort will also have a Family Entertainment Zone with golf, bowling, rock climbing, arcade and a few restaurants.
