Mark the calendar for Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 28 and 29, and make plans to visit Tuolumne for the Memorial Hall Antique Fair.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The Memorial Hall Antique Fair is produced by two sisters, Kristen Kestly and Jennifer Agnes, who put together two shows a year: one in the spring and another in the fall.
This upcoming two-day Antique Fair will be hosted in the Veterans Memorial Hall located in the center of the small town of Tuolumne, approximately eight miles east of Sonora.
The Veterans Memorial Hall is a large depression era building surrounded by a shaded park and lots of parking. The Antique Fair venue employs either heat or air conditioning as required. The building hosts numerous activities all year long and is a beloved part of the Tuolumne community.
Now in its 14th year, the organizers said they strive to make each antique fair better than the last. The first hour of the antique fair, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday morning is a preview. Buyers pay $5 for the privilege of shopping that first hour in a less crowded environment.
All are encouraged to come and check out the Antique Fair; there likely will be something for everyone.
