Scott and Christin McGinnis of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their son, Zachary Scott McGinnis, on April 1, 2009. The newborn weighed seven pounds, nine ounces upon arrival at Memorial Hospital.
The mother is the former Christin Snow.
