Douglas and Rose Garcia of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their son, Eligh Rafael Garcia, on Sept. 28, 2011. The newborn weighed eight pounds, three ounces on arrival at Oak Valley Hospital. The mother is the former Rose Gonzales.
Maternal grandparents are Lisa Gonzales of Oakdale and Juan Gonzales of Fresno.
Ezio Garcia of Oakdale and Annie Araquistain of Naples, Florida are the paternal grandparents.
