Mustangs Hosting Youth Basketball Camp

The Oakdale High School basketball program will be hosting a youth camp this summer. Camp runs from May 28 to May 31. Basketball players from grades third through fifth the camp runs from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and players from sixth grade through ninth are scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. inside the Oakdale High School main gym.

It cost $60 per camper. This will include a t-shirt and for the first 100 campers to sign up will receive a free basketball. Campers should wear their camp T-shirt, athletic socks, athletic shorts, and basketball shoes to camp.

UPWARD FOOTBALL

Flag football season is rapidly approaching. Football is scheduled from August to November and players must be in grades first through sixth grade. It is an eight game season. Cost to play is $125 per player, a sibling discount is available. Registration ends July 20 with late registration ending July 29. Evaluations will take place on July 20 with the season scheduled to begin Sept. 7. Practices and games are scheduled to be held at Sierra View Elementary School.
