Five teams participated in the four-day annual Oakdale Baseball Association (OBA) Come As You Are tournament this past week. The action began on Wednesday, June 17 and came to a close on Saturday, June 20 under the lights of Fair Oaks Field at Fair Oaks Elementary School. The 12 and under division ballplayers geared up to play under the blazing afternoon sun and under the cool breeze and lights for their night games and put on a show for their fans, family and friends.

Four teams from Oakdale; The All-Stars, Stallions, Patriots and Wranglers, along with the Ceres All-Stars displayed their talents over the four-day stretch. The youngsters played multiple games, even doubleheaders for some teams, to prep for upcoming competition at Rainbow Fields in Modesto starting in July.
