Oakdale Girls Basketball Awards
Oakdale High’s girls basketball program celebrated another season with team awards recently. Nabbing honors from the event were varsity players Jordan Esparza (best defense), Cassandra Clark (best offense, team captain), Andreina Rodriguez (team captain), Gabby Acosta (most improved). The junior varsity team honored Francesca Orvis (best defense), Hanna Holland (best offense), Kylie Gust (team captain) and Janice Garcia (most improved). Freshman awards went to Christina Cobarruvias (best offense), Viviana Aguilera (most improved), Hannah Hanko (team captain) and Jessica Vasquez (best defense).
