Dear Editor,

On Jan. 22, 2014, Larry A. Bowers of Oakdale died, leaving behind his wife Stephanie Bowers; a daughter and her spouse; and three grandsons. Stephanie, who is also battling cancer, is in great need of a car so the family can make a living and continue to take over Larry’s job, to get them through the hard times.
