PETER DOMINIC ROSSI

April 30, 1932 - January 15, 2015

   A native of San Francisco, Pete graduated from Polytechnic High School, Class of 1951. He worked in the Bay Area as a licensed machinist with the U.S. Department of Defense for 40 years. Pete was an enthusiastic 49ers fan, spent numerous hours volunteering his many talents, enjoyed cooking, fishing and making sure those around him were happy and comfortable.

   He is preceded in death by his parents, Nicola & Giuseppina Rossi, and sisters Evelina Rossi and Albina Rossi-O’Leary.

   He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Rossi; five children, Peter Rossi, David Rossi, Susan Kapelke, Kim Holman, Jeff Holman; and six grandchildren, Lara & Amelia Kapelke, Michael & Nicola Rossi, Samantha & Sarah Rossi.

   His kind heart and warm smile will be eternally missed.

   Friends may visit on Thursday, January 22, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church located at 89 North Oak Ave, Oakdale, CA from 4:00-7:00pm with a vigil  service beginning at 7:00pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 23, at St. Mary’s Church at 10:00am.
